Inspections Clerk

 We currently have a vacancy for an Inspections Clerk 

The applicant will have a good eye for detail, be computer literate with a good telephone manner.

The role primarily is to carry out 3 monthly inspections on all Managed properties and to carry out additional works as required.

The successful applicant will need to be self motivated, reliable and organised and also able to work as a team within the busy rentals office.

Hours are 29 hours per week Mon- Fri with an additional working of every 3rd Saturday 9-2.30pm

Must be car owner - Expenses paid for mileage to carry out the role
